Physical #Fitness Tip – August 13, 2009 – Blackberry and Evernote

Sorry to mix technology with the fitness tips, but I am trying very hard to document my training as well as I can. I think it’s important to track progress.

My current approach is to use the Blackberry to add notes to Evernote.  I tag them with a “workout” tag and store them in a Personal folder.

I find that using the BB works well.  It’s easier than writing, and I can do it as I go rather than trying to remember everything afterward.

I use The Daily Plate at Livestrong for calorie tracking.  Great site, great app.  If you’re serious about your diet, I highly recommend it.
